Dear Member

The Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance will be held in the Royal Albert Hall, London on Saturday 13 November 2021 with performances at 2.00pm and 7.00pm.

Once again, members will be able to buy tickets on a first-come-first-served basis, in an exclusive Member sale, buying tickets directly from the ticket agent, See Tickets.

Ticketing Process

All members wishing to buy a ticket should use the online portal (link will go live on 14th September 2021)

Support to buy tickets will be offered by See tickets by email festivalo[email protected], via their ‘live chat’ feature or via their contact form which can be found here. If you are having problems purchasing a ticket via the portal, please call the Legion’s Supporter Care team on 0345 845 1945.

As in previous years, the Metropolitan Police have asked for the following information for all guests that will be attending the Festival of Remembrance, both afternoon and evening performances:

• Full name (this must be exactly as it appears on your photo ID)

• Address (please include post code)

• Date of Birth (please use the format DD/MM/YYYY)

• Email address

• Contact number

• Branch (lead booker only)

• Membership Number (lead booker only)

This information will be allocated to seat numbers so all tickets must be individually named.

The ticket agent has agreed to gather all the data on behalf of the Legion and will be GDPR compliant. The ticket seller will share the data with TRBL and Met Police only. All data will be deleted within one month after the event.

Currently, in order to enter the Royal Albert Hall, all attendees (except Under 5s) will be required to demonstrate one of the following:

• Evidence of a negative lateral flow test, either taken at home or at a test centre, within 48 hours of the performance. Rapid lateral flow tests can be ordered free of charge from the government website and reported here.

• Evidence of double vaccination, where the second vaccine was administered at least 14 days before the event, provided via the NHS App (England, Scotland, NI and Wales Apps are all accepted), vaccination card, or letter provided by the NHS.

• Proof of natural immunity based upon a positive PCR test taken within 180 days of the performance.

• Double vaccination, negative test or proof of natural immunity via an EU Digital Covid Certificate.

Timeline & Processes

Tuesday 14 Sept

Evening tickets go on sale at 10am – all members of the Legion can purchase up to 2 tickets for the evening performance online.

Tuesday 21 Sept

Afternoon tickets go on sale at 10am – all members of the Legion can purchase up to 4 tickets for the afternoon performance online. Tickets should be booked online using the seat picker through See Tickets. Payment will be taken at the time of booking. Postal applications will not be accepted.

Tickets will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. No ticket will be issued before full ticket holder details are received. Once confirmed, tickets are non-returnable or refundable. You are able to change the name of your guest before 31st October by visiting the Customer Service page on the See Tickets website.

28 Sept

Ticket sales open to the public for the afternoon performance only.

28 Sept – 5 Oct

All membership numbers checked for validity by RBL before tickets confirmed and issued. Invalid numbers are contacted, and tickets will be refunded.

5 Oct

Refunded tickets go on resale (if applicable).

31 Oct

All ticketing closes. Tickets are posted directly to the lead booker.

Ticket prices for both the afternoon and evening in 2021 (including VAT) are:
