The regular Autumn  quarterly meeting was held yesterday, the minutes will be available in due course. However, there are two items for  earlier consideration by St James’s Branch members.

Convening Notice

St James’s Branch Annual General Meeting

 

Notification is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the St James’s Branch, Royal British Legion will be held on Wednesday 22 November 2017 in the Earl Haig Room, Haig House, 199 Borough High Street, London.

 

The meeting will start at 1200hrs.

 

The business to be transacted shall be: • Adopt amendment to Branch Bye-Laws • Adopt the Branch accounts for the past year • Review the Branch Benevolent Scheme • Nominate delegates to Annual Conference and District Conference • Consider proposals for a Branch Project • Consider reports • Consider and raise Motions and Charter Motions to the Annual Meeting of the National Branches District Conference.
